Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
  Returns are not accepted for gift cards, discounts, or opened products.
  

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@penpenpet.com with your receipt or purchase confirmation.
2. Shipping Label: We will provide a prepaid Return Shipping Label for you to print and attach to your package.
3. Notify Us: Once you’ve mailed the item, inform us so we can track your return.

Processing: After we verify the return, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.

Important Notes

• Do not send items to our listed address without a Return Shipping Label.
• Items that are damaged, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Partial refunds may apply for items that are not in their original condition or have external damage unrelated to us.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is verified.The approved amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.

Delayed Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared, check your credit card or bank account as processing times can vary.If there’s still an issue, contact us at support@penpenpet.com.

Sale Items
Sale items are only refunded based on the sale price paid at checkout.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or if you are unsatisfied with the product.
2. To exchange an item:

• Contact us at support@penpenpet.com.
• Provide your order ID, lot number (found on the product), and photos of the damage (if applicable).
• We will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label for the item to be returned and inspected.
