SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

At PENPEN PET, we understand that you're eager to receive your pet's health supplements. We strive to process all orders promptly to ensure your furry friend gets the care they need without delay.

  • Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Subscription Orders: Subscription orders receive priority processing and are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • High-Volume Periods: During promotional events or holidays, processing time may extend to 2-3 business days. We'll notify you of any anticipated delays.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 days (within the continental United States)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

 

SHIPPING RATES

PENPEN PET offers the following shipping options:

  • FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $50 (within the continental United States)
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $50
  • Expedited Shipping: $9.99
  • Express Shipping: $14.99

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to all 50 United States and select international destinations. However, please note:

  • Alaska and Hawaii: Additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery times may be extended by 2-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Military APO/FPO Addresses: We proudly ship to military addresses. Please allow for additional transit time.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

  1. Logging into your PENPEN PET account
  2. Visiting the "Order History" section
  3. Clicking on the specific order you wish to track

SHIPPING CARRIERS

PENPEN PET primarily uses the following carriers for shipping:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier selected for your order will depend on your location, shipping method chosen, and product weight.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  1. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the situation promptly

For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

For subscription orders, you will receive a shipping notification before each recurring shipment. You can adjust your subscription delivery schedule at any time through your account settings.
